Hello friends! I hope everyone had a wonderful Fourth of July. I had some friends over for a cookout and to watch the fireworks, but haven’t had much of a chance to blog about any of it yet.

The star of the show was definitely the St. Louis ribs that I sous vide for two days and then finished on the grill. I honestly had no idea how they would turn out and compare to traditional cooking methods, but they completely surpassed my expectations. They will get their own blog post sometime soon, hopefully.
